APACC Tenth Annual Dinner Celebration
May 21, 2011

Five hundred top automotive and corporate executives, Asian entrepreneurs, APACC members and community leaders attended APACC's Tenth Annual Dinner Celebration, a sold-out black-tie dinner gala at the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester MI. The theme of the gala was "The Decade of Distinction" celebrating APACC's accomplishments of growth, partnership, and collaboration with the support of corporate sponsors and partner organizations.

One of the highlights of the evening was a presentation by State Senator Hoon-Yung Hopgood of a tribute from Michigan Governor Rick Snyder recognizing APACC's ten years of services to the Michigan's Asian Pacific American business communities. We were pleased to have Dr. Frank McGeorge, Medical Reporter for WDIV- TV and senior staff physician at the Henry Ford Hospital, Emergency Medicine, in Detroit, MI as the keynote speaker.

Comerica Bank was the recipient of APACC's 2011 Corporation of the Year Award, which recognized a corporation that demonstrates advocacy and support to APACC and its mission and exhibit exemplary actions to embrace Asian Pacific American businesses and communities. It was a beautiful evening of celebration of APACC's past, present, and future with friends and supporters!
