As the fourth installment of the workshop series, this seminar focused on legal issues and pitfalls relating to import/export in cross-border transactions between Asia and the U.S. at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, MI.

The featured speaker was: Art Noel, Counsel, Honigman, Miller, Schwartz & Cohn, LLP and his presentation was followed by a panel of experts who discussed the issues surrounding a small business looking to start/expand internationally to the U.S./Asia as well as legal issues involved with a business' current transactions.
